Physiotherapist Pedro & partner Fedra, a speech therapist, decided to combine their many skills at Yin Motion to bring a combination of Consultation Services, Exercise Classes and Spa and Beauty treatments.
Pedro’s main area of specialisation is physiotherapy and personal training and unlike many clinics, he prides himself on making it personal. Starting with a detailed evaluation, Pedro will find the right rehabilitation programme for you tailored specifically to your own personal needs and requirements. Pedro also provides personal training programmes for many of the region’s golfers, not only from the Tavira practice, but also visiting them at their homes or on golf courses. Personal training can improve their game, but, more importantly, it can prevent the common injuries caused by the repetitive nature of this popular sport.
Likewise, all Beauty Treatments are specially designed to suit the individual’s needs and requirements and incorporate exercise and nutrition wherever possible for enhanced results. Whether you want to reduce cellulite, look younger, or simply pamper yourself, their highly trained specialists, using special equipment with scientifically proven results will ensure you reach your desired goals.
